How to Enroll in Online Banking

Getting Started

  1. Online Banking Enrollment
  2. Choose if the account is for personal or business purposes.
  3. If personal, enter the following information
    • Requested Login ID
      1. NOTE: The Login ID cannot be your social security number, must be 4-25 characters, and may not contain special characters
    • Account Number
    • Date of Birth
    • Social Security Number
    • Zip Code
  4. If business, enter the following information
    • Requested Login ID
      1. NOTE: The Login ID cannot be your tax ID number, must be 4-25 characters, and may not contain special characters
    • Account Number
    • Business Name
    • TIN
    • Zip Code
  5. Once this information is entered, you will receive a confirmation message with your confirmed Login ID.
  6. Next, you will have to receive a Secure Access Code (SAC).
    • Choose how you would like to receive your code.
      1. NOTE: This is the same contact information (phone, email) that you provided during your account opening process.
    • Receive the code from the delivery point that you selected.
    • Enter the code.
  7. Once you enter a successful Secure Access Code, you will be asked to register your device.
    • If this is your personal device, register to prevent the need of needing to enter a SAC every time you log in.
    • If this is not your personal device, do not register.
  8. Enter a password that meets the password policy
    • Must be 8-25 characters.
    • Must contain at minimum of 1 number.
    • Must contain at minimum of 1 lower case.
    • Must contain at minimum of 1 upper case.
    • Must contain at minimum of 1 special character.
    • Cannot be the same as the last 2 passwords.
  9. Add Additional Accounts (Optional)

    Once you have successfully logged into Online Banking, call 1-800-924-4427 to add any additional accounts that you may have with use to your Online Banking account.

    Setup additional features

    • Click on Bill Pay to setup payees to Pay Bills and Send Money.
    • Setup alerts to clicking on Alerts under the Settings and create your own alerts.
    • Setup e-statements!
