I authorize First United Bank and Trust Company, an Oklahoma banking corporation (“First United Bank”), to take and publish my name and the testimonial I provided, including any text, images, and video, for use in First United Bank’s print, online and video-based marketing materials, including, but not limited to social media posts, press releases, and other company publications.
I hereby release and hold harmless First United Bank from any reasonable expectation of privacy or confidentiality associated with my authorization above.
I further acknowledge that my participation and authorization is voluntary and that I will not receive financial compensation of any type associated with the taking or publication of my testimonial and name in company marketing materials or other company publications. I hereby waive any claim to copyright of my testimonial or the materials where my testimonial appears and acknowledge and agree that the publication of said testimonial and name confers no rights of ownership or royalties whatsoever. I further acknowledge and agree that my testimonial and any related marketing material created and published are the exclusive property of First United Bank.
I hereby release First United Bank, its contractors, its employees, and any third parties involved in the creation or publication of marketing materials from liability for any claims by me or any third party in connection with my authorization.
