Senior Vice President & General Counsel
David Keese serves as Senior Vice President and General Counsel of First United Bank & Trust Company, leading the organization’s legal strategy and advising senior leadership on regulatory, governance, and risk matters. He brings more than 20 years of experience representing financial institutions across Oklahoma and Texas. David is admitted to practice before the United States Supreme Court and is a member of both the Oklahoma and Texas Bar Associations. He holds Board Certifications in Residential and Commercial Real Estate Law from the Texas Board of Legal Specialization.
David earned a bachelor’s degree from Austin College and a Juris Doctor from Texas A&M University School of Law.
