Kathryn (Katy) Ferrell is a Commercial Operations Team Lead with more than two decades of experience in the insurance industry—and she still genuinely enjoys helping people (yes, even on Mondays). She holds a bachelor’s degree in Psychology, a master’s in Organizational Leadership from UMass, and is currently a doctoral student at Purdue, proving that learning really can be a lifelong sport.
A proud nerd, Katy thrives on continuous improvement, thoughtful leadership, and making complex things make sense. When she’s not behind her desk, you’ll likely find her cooking to Frank Sinatra or cheering on her teenage boys at soccer and hockey games—sometimes all in the same weekend.
